These Terms & Conditions govern access to the Goouup website and the purchase of digital products offered through our online store.

Goouup is a brand operated by Obliquebubble Design & Development, Unipessoal LDA, a company registered in Portugal under VAT number [516443852, with its registered office at Rua Carlos de Oliveira, 56, Aroeira, Almada.

By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Goouup sells digital design resources, including original mockups of digital devices and other visual assets intended for designers, agencies, developers and creative professionals.

All products are supplied digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, files are provided in Photoshop-compatible formats and may require Adobe Photoshop or other compatible software to edit.

Product descriptions specify the included files, formats, features and any relevant technical requirements. Please review this information before purchasing.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed on the relevant product pages and at checkout. Applicable taxes will be presented where required.

Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout, which may include Stripe. Goouup does not directly store full payment card details.

After successful payment, customers receive access to the purchased digital files through the delivery method specified at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they can access the files and use the required software.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, Goouup's original mockups, graphics, previews, layouts and downloadable files are owned by or licensed tObliquebubble Design & Development, Unipessoal LDA.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Customers receive a licence to use the purchased files under the applicable License Agreement, available on this website.

The product previews displayed on the website are for presentation purposes and may include illustrative examples of how the mockups can be used.

4. PRODUCT LICENCE AND ACCEPTABLE USE

All products are subject to the License Agreement applicable at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly permitted by that licence, customers may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or publicly make the original files available.

• Repackage or sublicense the files as standalone assets.

• Claim authorship or ownership of the original mockups.

• Use the products in a way that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the products complies with the applicable licence.

5. THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS AND PRODUCT REFERENCES

Some mockups may depict or be inspired by general categories of consumer electronics, such as smartwatches, desktop computers or other digital devices.

Goouup creates its own visual resources and does not claim affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from manufacturers whose products may be referenced or recognisable in a mockup.

Third-party names, trademarks and product designs remain the property of their respective owners. Any third-party marks appearing in customer-created designs must be used lawfully.

6. DIGITAL CONTENT, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

Because our products are supplied digitally, customers should review the product description, file formats and compatibility requirements before purchasing.

Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, that right will be respected. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may cease once supply begins only where the applicable legal requirements are met, including the customer's prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of that right.

Where required, Goouup will obtain the necessary consent and provide confirmation through the ordering process.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

If a download is missing, corrupted or materially different from its description, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or other remedy required by law.

7. COMPATIBILITY AND AVAILABILITY

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and functional downloads. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every software version, operating system or third-party application.

Customers are responsible for checking the stated technical requirements before purchase.

We may update, improve, replace or discontinue products and website content. Changes will not remove rights already granted to customers under a valid purchase and applicable licence.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Goouup shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website with its updated date.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights that customers have already acquired.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the customer's country of residence.
